Ryan Lebow is Vice President Solution Consultant in NRC Health’s Employee Experience practice. For over 22 years, he has been helping organizations of all sizes and industries measure, understand, and improve the work experiences of their people.
Prior to joining NRC Health, Ryan was a Principal People Scientist at Microsoft (Glint) and a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM’s Smarter Workforce group. He has a passion for and specialization in engagement and safety in the healthcare industry providing strategic guidance to organizations like Kaiser Permanente, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, CHRISTUS Health, Corewell Health, Tenet Healthcare, HCA, Orlando Health, Community Health Network, and Baptist Health South Florida. In 2019-2020, he led the research and development of a streamlined culture of safety instrument approved by the Leapfrog Group in 2020 and has developed three registered nursing satisfaction surveys approved by the American Nursing Credentialing Center for their Magnet Recognition Program®.
He received his master’s degree in Qualitative and Quantitative Psychometric Measurement from the University of Nebraska in 2003 and lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with his wife and four children.
