Co-Flow: The Harmony of Creative Collaboration

In today’s volatile and hyper-competitive environment, leaders face relentless pressure to innovate faster, yet many teams remain stuck in fragmented thinking, risk aversion, and transactional collaboration. Despite having talented individuals, organizations struggle to translate collective potential into breakthrough results. The gap isn’t creativity or collaboration alone, it’s the absence of a dynamic state where both amplify each other.

In this inspiring and practical keynote, Josh reveals a new, high-performance state of creative collaboration where individuals become deeply aligned, fully engaged, and collectively more innovative than the sum of their parts.

Participants will learn how to shift their organizations from silos and incremental thinking to environments of trust, alignment, and inventive thinking. This new capability allows teams to move faster, generate higher quality ideas, and drive profitable growth. The result is a cultural transformation where innovation becomes natural, sustainable, and dramatically more impactful.

The Power of Transformative Experiences in Healthcare

Thinking about healthcare as a mere service does a disservice to consumers, patients, and employees. Services provide inputs when what people want are outcomes, and research shows that the better the patient experience, the better the outcomes.

In this wide-ranging presentation, author B. Joseph Pine II explains why the economy has shifted from service to experience as the predominant economic offering, and what it means for healthcare. He offers a number of frameworks for staging memorable and transformative experiences that attendees can apply to their own enterprises, and how to ensure consumers, patients, and employees get the outcomes they desire and deserve.
