What comments do you have about this provider?

After 7 months of appt’s, specialists, imaging, procedures and worry – we’ve gone to great lengths to get our appts on time – arranging child care for our other children, sleeping downtown to be punctual for early appointments, leaving work early to get downtown for these appointments, and unfortunately we have consistently hurried up to wait while you guys are hours – literally hours behind. We were at our appt. yesterday at 3:45, as instructed. Was not seen until after 6:00. It really adds stress to our child who is already understandably stressed.
