You may not immediately see the connection between running ultramarathons in the mountains and leading a product innovation team, but to Jon Tanner, Product Leader, the parallels are obvious. Both involve setting ambitious goals, overcoming obstacles, and finding fulfillment in testing limits.
For Cami Mitelman, Customer Success Manager at NRC Health, a personal passion has had a profound impact on her approach to enhancing the patient experience. Yoga’s emphasis on mindfulness aligns perfectly with the principles of patient-centric care, she explains.
Evan Sheaff joined the NRC Health team as a Customer Success Manager in 2019 during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when healthcare systems were navigating extreme challenges and adapting daily.

Managing the job board for the career services department in college might seem tedious to many. For Ryan Donohue, however, it was a surprising twist that got him into healthcare, a career he has enjoyed at NRC Health for nearly 20 years.
As a patient experience advocate and innovator, Jackie believes creating human connections between patients, care teams, and the communities they serve is critical for traditional healthcare providers and systems to thrive in today’s environment.
