Jason Hahn, Chief Revenue Officer
Jason Hahn joins NRC Health with a wealth of experience leading global revenue organizations that enhance patient, employee, and financial experiences. His previous leadership roles at Press Ganey, Perceptyx, and Kaufman Hall/Axiom underscore his ability to build customer-centric go-to-market teams.
Jason holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Marketing from Ball State University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jason is an avid golfer, skier, and fisherman, and enjoys these activities with his wife Chrissy and sons Gannon and Evan. He is also deeply involved in his local community and the March of Dimes, reflecting his commitment to service and leadership professionally and personally.

Vinitha Ramnathan, Chief Product Officer
Vinitha Ramnathan serves as Chief Product Officer for NRC Health. She is a healthcare product leader with more than 20 years of experience in defining, developing, and bringing many innovative products and services to market. She earned her Master’s degree from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications engineering from India. She started her career in product management, innovation, and healthcare at Optum and has spent a significant amount of time in the past decade in small to mid-size companies. She lives in Lexington, MA with her husband Vijay, her sports and anime-loving 14-year-old son Dhruv, and an adorable mini-Australian labradoodle Noori.

Jennifer Baron, Chief Experience Officer
Jennifer Baron joins NRC Health from UC Davis Health, where she served as Chief Experience Officer since 2020. In this role, she led UC Davis Health’s holistic experience framework, advancing a human-centered culture that prioritizes excellent experiences for patients and families as well as faculty and staff. Baron spearheaded the development of UC Davis Health’s Experience Roadmap, an evidence-based multi-year plan for hardwiring human centricity across the health system.
Previously, she was the Executive Director of Experience Design at Indiana University Health, where she held several other roles in the years prior. Baron earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ball State University and is a Certified Patient Experience Professional. In her new role at NRC Health, Baron will lead the organization’s experience strategy, sustaining and advancing the alignment of NRC Health’s experience platform to serve its partners’ unique and changing needs.
