Phone interview: What can I expect?

During our phone interview, we may spend time getting to know you, your work history and your skill set. Next, we’ll ask you a structured set of questions and we’ll take notes while you answer. There are no right or wrong answers – the best answer is whatever answer you wish to give. After we complete the structured interview, we’ll give you a chance to ask questions about NRC Health.

Within days of the phone interview, you may be invited to take one of our on-line hiring assessments. Your recruiter will guide you through this process if it’s applicable for your role.
