Phone interview: What can I expect?

During our phone interview, we may spend time getting to know you, your work history and your skill set. Next, we’ll ask you a structured set of questions and we’ll take notes while you answer. There are no right or wrong answers – the best answer is whatever answer you wish to give. After we complete the structured interview, we’ll give you a chance to ask questions about NRC Health.

Within days of the phone interview, you may be invited to take one of our on-line hiring assessments. Your recruiter will guide you through this process if it’s applicable for your role.

Meet the team

We decided to ditch the professional headshots and give you the real us. . .

Meet the team

Vicki Vopalensky

When Vicki isn’t focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, she spends her time cheering on her alma mater, the University of Nebraska, in all sporting events. Her family vacations entail standing in line at theme parks, and for many people, her golf swing is a form of entertainment.

Jenelle Stein

Jenelle has an undeniable passion for helping others succeed in their professional goals and she lives by the principle that top talent and positive workplace culture drive organizational success. Outside of recruiting top talent for NRC Health, Jenelle enjoys reading, baking, exploring the beaches and hiking trails in the greater LA area, and going to as many concerts as humanly possible.

Julia Messineo

Julia is passionate about helping students start their career and finding a place where they feel valued and can use their strengths every day. When she isn’t at recruiting events or working with interns, you can find her trying new recipes in the kitchen, pursuing her dream job as a peanut butter cup taste-tester, or soaking up as much time as possible with her friends and family.

Picture yourself at NRC Health

We’d love to know the real you. . .

We’re all about transparency at NRC Health – that’s why we’re providing you a chance to peek behind the curtain and see what it’s really like to work here. Throughout your hiring journey, we’ll highlight one of our four culture pillars that guide our days:

Have purpose

Our associates do work that matters – for our partners, the community, and the healthcare industry.
