Final Discussions: What can I expect?

You’ve been here before; you know the routine. During your final discussions, you’ll meet additional team members, and perhaps present to a group of panelists. We understand your time is valuable, so we’ll do our best to make each decision within a week or keep you informed as best we can. Even though you’re in the final stages of your selection process, please continue to follow up with your talent recruiter if you have any questions. We want you to have the information you need to make an educated decision about NRC Health.

Is NRC Health for me?

This is one of the final steps in our interview process. Ask those questions that have kept you up at night (or at least crossed your mind since we last saw you!)

  • Review the responsibilities of the role-do you understand what is expected of you and how you can make an impact on the organization?
  • Are there aspects of the role that cause uncertainty? Ask for clarification.
  • Do you understand the training process for this role?
  • Discuss potential start dates-would you want to give your current employer a two week notice period?
  • If you haven’t already, now is a good time to share thoughts on salary.

We’ll do our best to make a decision quickly and we’ll keep you informed no matter what the outcome may be.
