Jennifer Baron serves as Chief Experience Officer at NRC Health, where she leads the organization’s experience strategy and thought leadership. Drawing on more than 30 years of healthcare expertise, she delivers innovative solutions and data-driven insights that help NRC Health partners meet the evolving needs of patients, consumers, and the healthcare workforce.
Jennifer’s career spans two major markets, with leadership experience in patient contact centers, physician liaison strategy, telemedicine, and experience design. Before joining NRC Health, she was Chief Experience Officer at UC Davis Health, where she developed a multi-year roadmap that elevated patient and family experiences while strengthening engagement for faculty and staff. Earlier in her career, she advanced patient-centered care initiatives at Indiana University Health.
Nationally recognized for developing a feedback model that empowers patients and staff to co-design processes, Jennifer is a trusted voice in shaping healthcare experiences. She is a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and holds a degree in communications from Ball State University. Based in Roseville, California, she enjoys hiking, yoga, pickleball, reading, and traveling with family and friends.
