Here’s a preview of one of our mainstage presentations:
“Performance Habit and the Fifth Revolution: Culture Architecture for Human Understanding,” presented by Jorge Ismael Torres, Culture Architect and Managing Partner, JIT Associates/Addval Consulting.
At last year’s event, we were introduced the concept of the Fifth Revolution as it relates to Human Understanding. We understand why organizations must prepare and adjust their teams to “operationalize” and “massify” the use of such a competitive differentiator. Many leaders are not necessarily clear on how to make such a transformation amid many challenges the healthcare industry faces (labor shortage, budget constraints, workforce changes, new regulations, etc.).
A key step to starting your journey toward achieving such transformation is understanding basic concepts that will help you and your leaders design a new “work culture” and implementing simple practices and mechanisms that will help your leaders ensure your organization behaves according to this new culture: a new way of working with a focus on Human Understanding. You’ll learn about the concept of the Fifth Revolution and how you can help your organization prepare the basics of culture architecture and performance-habit methodology and tools to ensure desired behaviors and performance. You’ll also discover how to take advantage of NRC Health’s solutions to ensure growth in your performance results.
