This session discussed the process by which Children’s National Hospital transitioned their manual discharge calling program to NRC Health’s automated platform. We shared strategies for engaging key stakeholders and executing a thorough communication plan to staff and families. We also reviewed how we measure programmatic success and use call data to identify future opportunities for growth.
