Preview Reports with results from the HHCAHPS Survey from Q2 2023 – Q1 2024 (April 2023 – March 2024), including Star Ratings, are available under the For HHAs tab on the HHCAHPS website. You must be logged on to view your report. These data will be displayed on Care Compare in late October 2024.

Coordination Team Quarterly Review

The October 2024 HHCAHPS Coordination Team Quarterly Review (CTQR) newsletter has been published under the General Information tab on the HHCAHPS website. This quarter’s edition contains important information including Q1 2024 response rates.

Payer Information

The CAHPS Hospice Survey Project Team and NRC Health would like to remind hospices that the No Secondary Payer and No Other Payer fields should not have a default code = 7. All available payer information must be provided in data files sent to NRC Health for CAHPS Hospice sampling.

Response Rates by Mode and Race/Ethnicity

To help achieve the highest response rates possible, the ICH CAHPS Survey Coordination Team encourages dialysis facilities to consider how modes of survey administration may impact each dialysis facility’s unique patient population. They’ve published response rates by mode and
race/Hispanic ethnicity, which are available here on the ICH CAHPS website.
