Congratulations to the 2018
Excellence in Action award winners!
The Excellence in Action awards recognize skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities that achieve outstanding resident and/or employee satisfaction.
NRC Health, the nation’s leading provider of performance-improvement solutions for the senior care profession, is proud to announce the 2018 Excellence in Action award winners. This honor, awarded exclusively to NRC Health post-acute clients, recognizes organizations that achieve the highest overall resident or employee satisfaction scores in the NRC Health database–the largest source of long-term care and senior-living satisfaction metrics in the nation.
Congratulations to the 2018 Excellence in Action award winners!
To qualify for the Excellence in Action award, NRC Health client facilities must have:
- Completed a customer satisfaction (Resident and Family Experience) or workforce satisfaction (Employee Engagement) survey during calendar year 2017, using standard facility instruments (which may or may not include custom questions).
- Received a minimum of 10 responses, with a minimum 30 percent response rate.
- Scored in the top 10% of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” in terms of percentage of respondents rating the facility as “excellent” (customer satisfaction award).
- Scored in the top 10% of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility as a place to work?” in terms of percentage of respondents rating the facility as “excellent” (workforce satisfaction award).
All standard data for calendar year 2017 were combined into one sample, regardless of method or date of administration. The term “customer” combines resident and family experience data. No workforce satisfaction award is available for independent living communities.
An email announcement will be sent to all award recipients, providing a link to media kits. Winners should direct questions to EIAaward@nrchealth.com.
We are proud to recognize the service provided by the dedicated caregivers and personnel working in our nation’s long-term care and senior-living organizations.
