NRC Health Symposium is now Human Understanding Beyond | HUB23
Registration is live for NRC Health’s 29th annual conference under a new name and enhanced programming. Human Understanding Beyond and its acronym, HUB23, represent NRC Health’s dedication to improving healthcare experiences for patients, providers, caregiving teams, and health systems alike through truly personalized care experiences. The event will focus on returning joy to the practice of medicine while moving healthcare beyond scores and benchmarks.
For 28 years, NRC Health’s signature event has brought together the best hearts and minds in healthcare to share proven best practices, emerging trends, and forward-thinking innovations. Leading with a future-focused mentality, HUB23 will take the event one step further to expand opportunities for the nation’s top healthcare leaders, decision-makers, and influencers to build strategies aimed at utilizing the smartest, modern solutions to create better outcomes.
HUB23 will kick off in Boston, Massachusetts, August 9–11, 2023. Attendees will find expanded programming and a broader audience of healthcare leaders and innovators who are committed to revolutionizing healthcare.
In addition to compelling keynote speakers making the case for personalized care, NRC Health is excited to add custom, role-based tracks to the 2023 program, including:

- Expanded Executive Track—Gives Executive Track participants the chance to work with industry experts—and each other—to better understand strategic opportunities and challenges at the C-suite level.
- Marketing/Consumer Track—Geared toward marketing executives and leaders who actively use or are interested in NRC Health’s Human Understanding Program’s marketing capabilities.
- Poster Sessions—An opportunity for industry leaders, hospitals, influencers, and health systems to share patient-experience research, case-study results, and other valuable insights as they relate to improving the human experience in healthcare for patients, communities, and caregiving teams.
