Enhance Meetings to Strengthen Relationships with Nurse Leaders

Nurse unit leaders play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. These leaders have many other responsibilities, which may cause them to view patient experience as “one more thing to do”. Consequently, it can be challenging for patient experience teams to engage nurse unit leaders and develop strong partnerships. During this webinar, an NRC Health partner will share how they transformed their relationship with nurse leaders by re-imagining meetings with them. Through more efficient, collaborative, and fun meetings, trust was built, and results followed.
