With more than 30 years of healthcare leadership under her belt, Jennifer has long been a driving force in elevating experience across the care continuum. As NRC Health’s first-ever Chief Experience Officer, she leads our organization’s efforts to help health systems better understand and serve the unique needs of every individual they care for. Her vision is grounded in Human Understanding—the principle at the core of NRC Health’s mission.
Before joining NRC Health, she served as Chief Experience Officer at UC Davis Health, where she led the development and execution of a multi-year Experience Roadmap. This system-wide initiative improved experiences for patients and families while creating a dynamic and inclusive culture for faculty and staff.
Her prior leadership roles at Indiana University Health further highlight her longstanding commitment to co-designing care experiences with patients and providers alike.
