Strong leaders are known for their ability to listen communicate, establish clear expectations, coach, and hold teams accountable. Current schools of thought include empathy and vulnerability as effective leadership skills. Love is not often associated with leadership; However, during this webinar one leader will share how love for her team led to greater trust, engagement, and results.

Objectives:

• Define and describe compassion as an active process and its relationship with love
• Understand the impact of “leading with love” has on the psychological safety of the staff
• Describe how appropriately expressing love and demonstrating love in the work environment improves quality and safety
