Don’t you forget about me: Understanding the role of Gen X in healthcare


All members of Generation X are now between 40 and 55 years old, meaning their window of influence and importance is going to be at its peak for the next 10 to 15 years. Gen Xers are coordinating care for their kids, personally dealing with the side effects of our their own aging process and dealing with the increasing health needs of their parents. That makes Gen X the true target audience for healthcare marketers, communicators and planners.

This presentation will talk demographics, what makes Gen X tick, strategies for engagement and how Gen Xers relate to their generational neighbors (and rivals) the boomers and millennials.
