NRC Health Honors 2025 Leaders in Patient Experience and Loyalty

This year’s honorees reflect the nation’s top healthcare organizations that continue to put patients and families at the center of care delivery, foster enduring loyalty, and embed human-centered care into every aspect of the healthcare journey.
2025 Consumer Loyalty Awards
The Consumer Loyalty Awards recognize the top 100 healthcare organizations across the U.S. that earn the highest ratings from consumers. Winners are determined through NRC Health’s Market Insights study, the nation’s largest and most comprehensive healthcare consumer-perception survey, measuring insights from more than 310,000 individuals annually.
Among the top 100, the Best in Class Award celebrates the 25 highest-ranking organizations for their ability to foster deep loyalty through excellence in brand reputation, consumer trust, and patient experience.
This year’s Best in Class Award winners include nationally recognized organizations such as Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and Massachusetts General Hospital, alongside regional leaders including Parkview Regional Medical Center, Norton Audubon Hospital, and Morton Plant Hospital.

2025 Excellence in Patient Experience Awards
The Excellence in Patient Experience Awards honor organizations that excel in delivering exceptional patient experiences across a wide range of care settings. Winners are selected based on Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, specifically the “Would Recommend Facility” measure, leveraging NRC Health’s extensive real-time patient feedback data.
Awards are presented across categories, including large, medium, and small health systems; pediatric, large, medium, and small hospitals; medical groups; specialty hospitals; and critical access hospitals.
This year’s honorees include organizations such as Mercy, Atrium Health, Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, UCHealth–Yampa Valley Medical Center, and Scottish Rite for Children.

This year, the award honors Parkview Health for its organization-wide commitment to keeping experience at the center of everything they do.
