It provides users with the capability to create personalized reports and dashboards that can be tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs, helping you turn raw data into insights that drive informed decisions.
“The self-serve analytics is honestly incredible, the keys to the data are handed over to you,” said Andrew Holtzapfel, MSN, RN, CCRN, Director of Patient Experience for Marshall Health Network. “There are so many things that you can do with it and so many use cases that you can find while you’re while you’re digging into it, you’re able to create specific reports that you need.”

Key data in Explore
Explore currently offers three data sets: Outreach Attempts, Results, and HCAHPS.
The Outreach Attempts data set enables the tracking of outreach performance, including response rates and surveyed and returned n-sizes. By filtering demographics or survey methods, you can identify highly engaged populations or those needing additional attention.
The Results data set provides quantitative response data, including NPS and Positive Scores.
The HCAHPS data set includes quantitative response data from HCAHPS-eligible respondents. By filtering either of these data sets by demographics; pass-through fields; units/locations/CCN; or demographic, patient, and visit information, you can analyze performance and plan improvement strategies.
“My favorite report I’ve made so far is an HCAHPS report that helps breakdown the individual responses,” said Holtzapfel. “Instead of being able to just view it by percent positive, being able to see the scores as they are…that’s huge in my opinion. It provides you with a lot of actionable insights.”
What’s next for Explore?
We’re working to expand Explore’s capabilities with upcoming additions like HCAHPS data and Benchmarks, which will add even greater depth to your data insights.
Whether you’re tracking response rates or analyzing scores for a specific population, Explore is here to help you unlock the full potential of your data.
