Chris DuFresne joins NRC Health, bringing a fusion of healthcare insight and consumer expertise to Customer Strategy role

NRC Health is pleased to welcome Chris DuFresne to the team as Vice President of Customer Strategy. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table following his tenure at Allina Health, where he excelled in a multifaceted Vice President role working to enhance consumer, patient, employee, and digital experiences, along with overseeing marketing technology.  

Beyond his vast experience in healthcare, Chris has cultivated a diverse skill set through significant experience with major consumer retailers. This blend of experience in both the healthcare and consumer sectors equips Chris with a unique perspective on customer strategy, promising to support NRC Health’s customers with innovative approaches and insights. 

Chris’ first-hand knowledge of the value of NRC Health’s products as a customer in the experience and marketing space will empower him to connect directly with partners and showcase the impact of NRC Health’s platform. As an early adopter of NRC Health’s MyStory™ capability, Chris successfully empowered providers at Allina Health with knowledge and insights to understand what is most important to their patients in a narrative format that is quick and easy to review within their existing workflow.

Prior to working with Allina Health, Chris spent the first half of his career in the retail industry at Macy’s and Target Corporation’s headquarters in roles hyper-focused on the consumer. This valuable experience will allow him to provide support to NRC Health’s partners in their journey to better understand each unique person they serve.
